Refund policy

At Zoolera, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to make things easy.

Return Eligibility

Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.

Support Assistance: Our customer support team will assist you throughout the return process if needed.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you’re returning an item due to personal preference (ordered the wrong item, no longer need it, sizing issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable. For all standard returns initiated by customer preference, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team at info@zoolera.com with your order number and reason for the request. If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. Returned items should be packaged securely using the original packaging and any included components.

Refund Timeline

Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be reviewed to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact our support team and we’ll help coordinate the exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items may be excluded from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any non returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
